great breakfastunexpected treat
i really loved the included breakfast it featured so much choice. the tv with channels radio and films was an unexpected treat too
the room was noisy at night i could hear people partying until midnight also a constant buzzing came from a pump outside my window

the metro stations near the hotel provided convenient transportation access to various attractions. the hotel staff demonstrated helpfulness when i needed assistance with directions. the cleanliness of the room was great and i found it very comfortable. the breakfast offered a decent selection of items each morning.
the rooftop bar did not serve the complimentary drinks. this was not clear upon arrival, and i found it a bit inconvenient.

i appreciated the excellent customer service i received during my 8-night stay. ana, cláudio, joel, and sergio provided thoughtful interactions. the aesthetics were lovely, and the food tasted delicious. the bedding was comfortable for restful nights.
communication was not great when a fire alarm went off. the staff did not provide shampoo, lotion, or shower gel.

the staff was very helpful from the start to the end of my stay the location is also very good i found the room to be quiet the breakfast had a great variety of options. the bed in my room was very comfortable.
the hotel only gives one bar of soap to use as soap and shampoo this feels pretty cheap and is an inconvenience for a longer stay in the hotel.

the room was a bit small, almost no space for the luggage of two adults.
